African Goldfields (Ghana) Inc. (AGF), a Canadian company, offers a unique investment opportunity. AGF has all the required arrangements in place to bring a new gold mine into production in 2008. This first mine will generate a forecast $6.6 million free cash flow in the initial full production year AGF has gained access to high potential mining properties by partnering with Canadian-led Warrick Mineral Resources Ltd. Warrick has spent three years exploring properties in Ghana and provides a unique combination of Canadian mining expertise, Ghanaian geological knowledge and political connections. With gold trading at or near all time highs, this first mine provides a solid foundation to begin building a highly profitable gold mining company – designed to add additional mining properties as it grows. The Company’s first property lies in the gold-rich Prestea region of western Ghana. It offers a high grade, visible surface vein of at least .55km in length and 1.7m in width. Similar gold veins in Ghana sometimes run to a depth of 200m. AGF and Warrick are jointly pursuing other mining opportunities in Ghana and expect to announce more properties for development in 2008.
